GAAA Student's Service Days

January 13, 2010 was a cold and clear day but the GAAA student's hearts were warm with the anticipation of a day of service. The GAAA faculty, staff, and students assisted the Historical Collier Heights community in a clean-up day. Residents from the community along with the GAAA student body went out and picked up two dumpsters full of trash. The community's reaction was one of appreciation and astonishment over how organized and orderly the students worked. The clean-up impressed two of the community leaders to attend Berean the next Sabbath where they enjoyed the church fellowship and plan to return soon. A relationship has been cultivated between the Collier Heights community with GAAA, making the possibilities of the affiliation endless, which will continue until the second coming of Christ.
